DEEP MEDITATION is a simple series of techniques designed specifically to give you a reliable process to shift your awareness from the waking, outward state of consciousness...to begin to experience the source of awareness itself.
Over the last number of years, since the 1960's, and in a few cases, some years before...there have been a series of scientific experiments conducted to figure out what happens (if anything) during the practice of meditation.
One of the ground breaking techniques of meditation to receive wide public awareness is Transcendental Meditation (TM), and of course, the advent of Yogic Flyers.
The founder of TM was Maharishi Mahesh Yogi...and he did have some famous students.
Many, many people have pursued meditation...and not just the TM technique.
However, perhaps the most widely studied (by scientists) has been the TM brand of meditation. And the results are quite interesting, and very impressive.
That being said, TM is NOT the only method that produces measurable and helpful changes in brain functioning, physical and mental health, and social behaviors.
And this brings us to DEEP MEDITATION.
This is a simple, natural technique that uses a variety of ancient sounds to allow your awareness to become deeply embraced by itself.
The practice gives you the vehicles for your awareness to use, and the method of how to use the vehicles. The vehicles are the ancient sounds...PLUS, during this course, you will also receive specific and powerful techniques on how to focus your awareness to create specific effects.
Now, don't be daunted by all this...it sounds much more complicated than it is. The actual process of learning is very natural, and easy to do. What's more, you won't need to join a cult, or give something up, or...believe, or have faith...or denounce another group.
Here are a few things that DEEP MEDITATION does not include:
- NO mood making
- NO guided imagery
- NO music in the background
- NO series of positive affirmations
- NO initiation ceremony
Another feature of the course is that many, many of the techniques that you will learn can be practiced in a variety of settings and circumstances:
- While falling asleep
- When you wake up in the middle of the night
- During normal daily activities
- At times of great personal stress
