BREATH AWARENESS TRAINING:

Now, the Power Packer Chest Expanding Breathing Highway continues with the sitting upright, or if you are lying down, get ready, or if you are going to do this standing up...get ready...in position...we're going to EXPLODE your ribs today.

That'll be fun!



Power Packing involves taking in breath by expanding your chest, while pulling in your belly button to your spine.

Properly pulling in the belly button to the spine while you expand your chest requires using your awareness of awareness to increase the range of motion in your ribs, diaphragm, and belly.



Ready?
Slowly pull the belly button to the spine...and as you do...begin to expand your chest by breathing in, pulling the air into your body by expanding your chest.

Good. Now let the air come out of your body, and slowly let your belly go out, and your chest release to empty...experience with your awareness the belly and chest releasing, and the breath leaving your body.



As you breath in and expand the chest...after you pack the breath into your chest...push the ribs out a bit more...with your awareness...move the ribs a bit more...push them a bit more out...packing the chest a bit more...GOOD.



Now let the breath come out of your body.

Again...power pack the chest...and at the top of the packing...press the ribs up and out just that extra bit more.



Again!

Power Pack Chest Exploder...YES!



One more time:

That's a few practice runs. You can get the feeling of how powerful this is going to be for you.



NOW, you do a set of five, right now...IF you think you can take it, go all-in on each breath.



BUT be careful...IF you blow out a rib or two...this is a super power packed chest exploding training.

Five breaths, all-in...breath in....pack it....keep going, five times....

Sit comfortably...feet flat on the floor, or cross legged, tailor fashion...back well supported...comfortable...NOT slouching...Good.

As you breath in begin to let your awareness experience the presence of the top of your head.

As you breath out, let your awareness experience the presence of the top of your head.

Continue to experience the presence of the top of your head.

Now, continue to feel the top of your head.

IF you discover you are no longer with the top of your head...let your awareness slip back to being with the top of your head.

Now...let's open the eyes...yes...slowly...a bit at a time...no rush...feel the top of your head as you open your eyes...good...yes.

Keep with the top of your head...while I talk...about how foreign this will be for some of you...to feel the presence of the top of your head.



For some of you...this will be NOT be so easy to do...this skill of feeling the presence of the top of your head. The palms of your hands...yes, most of you get that one, right? And for some, the forehead point is another skill of awareness that you can feel that part of your body with your awareness...right?


But the top of the head awareness training takes your training to the sky above...and the sky all around. This opening of your awareness is direct focus of your awareness to become aware of the top of your head.

And the ONLY way to do this is to focus your awareness INNOCENTLY...and experience the presence of the top of your head with your awareness.



This top of the head awareness can be quite strange, and many odd experiences are waiting for you. But they will only come if you apply this simple, simple focus over a period of time.



For this lesson, you have seven days to apply the top of the head awareness training...in every spare moment of time that you have.



AND if you are fortunate enough to be able to get in amongst some nature...and be alone...or left alone...to be with the top of your head.



I know this training could sound quite daft to many, and I get that. But this is for those who require correct and thoughtful training doled out in increments that support and nourish practical, positive results.



Seven days of real focus on this top of head awareness training...and all you have to do is just be with the top of your head whenever you become aware that you are NOT with the top of your head.



Walking, sitting, lying down, leaning, swimming, surfing, riding your bike, driving...whatever, whenever...be with the top of your head.



This is a rock steady date you make for seven days...starting with the dare that you give it a fair go...all-in...a real fair go at this top of head awareness focus...for seven full, consecutive 24 hour periods.

HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT:
  • Power Packer Chest Exploder...start with 5 full breaths...add one full breath each day for the next 30 days
  • Ancient Sound: Still and silent for 30 minutes...with your awareness experience the ancient sound
  • Top of Head Awareness Training: Seven days of intense and persistent practice of this unique skill of awareness
