The main point of the training results from a near desperate need in most people for something practical...a simple skill you can practice...that isn't based in MOOD MAKING...or anything like that.

The main point of the training can be measured and repeated, and verified with specific results of a positive nature.

Top of the Head Awareness is so surprisingly simple to do...and once you've been at it a few days...I mean, actually being with the presence of the top of your head...experiencing the presence of the top of your head...

...AND doing that persistently...whenever you find yourself NOT with the top of your head...IF you are serious, and thus persistent, you will let your awareness go there, and be with your awareness...

What you're aiming to do here is enter into a simple state of awareness...so, let your SELF become aware of experiencing the top of your head...

...AND open it up a bit more...let your awareness experience your awareness of experiencing the presence of the top of your head.

THAT's a subtle layer of awareness, when you witness the witness state. Top of the Head Awareness Training offers a practical, simple skill solution...

...BUT only IF you inject the necessary components that are completely in your control. Wait for it..., yes:

YES, this list is only partial...and another yet to come...as promised, the list of places and times you can persistently experience the presence of the top of your head:

  • Elevators
  • Stairways
  • Hallways
  • Train stations
  • Escalators
  • Line ups
  • Walking to the store
  • Walking the dog
  • Sitting in the woods, parks, chance locations
  • Walking on or off paths, cross fields, over bridges
  • On ferries, boats, canoes, cruise liners, aircraft carriers, kayaks,
  • On top of hills and mountains
  • While driving
  • Lying down anywhere, anytime
  • Sitting down
  • During any social situation
  • While being romantic
  • Use during business work
  • When falling asleep at night
  • Upon waking up in the middle of the night
  • When you wake up in the morning, and it is time to get up, take a few minutes to fully let your awareness be with the top of your head.
  • After bathing and so forth, take a few minutes to be with the top of your head...sitting down, eyes closed. Start to budget 5, 10, 15 minutes for doing this.


PRACTICAL PERSPECTIVE

During the top of head awareness training...it is possible that you will discover the vagueness of really connecting with the top of your head.


It is possible that you might notice that (at first!) the first few simple skills of palm of hand awareness training, and forehead awareness training...proved to have a more substantive and immediate connection...with a stronger sensation...much more visceral than the top of the head awareness training.

It is possible that the subtle nature of letting your awareness be with the top of your head will take some persistent practice to really open up to some of what you are going to start to be aware...of.

What is this next part of the simple skills?

Oh, but there is another part of the course...coming soon...that you are going to love. And as I look at what's coming over the next few months...the potent process of pure primordial persistence...being cultivated in your nature...and by this entrance way, into your life, aiding the creation of positive results in all your affairs.

This is NOT a esoteric practice free of great rewards. BUT only gained by NO expectation of result, or anticipation of reward...and if you do have those drives going, and you attach them to why you'd do this simple awareness training...

...AND that's gonna mean you are persistent...and oh-so, all-in, yeah Baby! Okay, IF that's what it's gonna take...YES!

So, sometimes it's gonna be very vague when you try and connect with the top of your head. It's like mist or something...you can't even get past your forehead...and to try and feel the top...what does that mean? From the inside out? Or the top down? Huh? Back to front? Side to side?

Try all of that, and more. Add as many as you can. Let your awareness be with the top of your head. Sometimes it will very vague, like nothing much is happening.

Your attention will wander quite easily and freely...and you will often face that moment when you let your awareness be with the top of your head.

You might try to do this top of head awareness and nothing happens, at all. Just...nothing. You don't even know how to let your awareness be with the top of your head.

Okay...here's one thing you can go and do, right now...go and get a brush or a comb, and start to gently touch the top and sides of your head...and let your awareness experience the top of your head.


That's a start.
