This is also really simple to do.
During your day, consider these three words.
Take your time mulling them over.
Let them trickle through your awareness.
Be with the words.
Quietly, easily...no rush.
Don't try and think these words like a club to beat your mind into submission.
No need to debate the meaning of the words...or come up with explanations about how God loves me.
All you do is let these three words roll, in sequence, through your awareness.
Throughout your day...into the evening, and then as you lie in bed, going to sleep.
Don't...expect anything by experiencing the presence of these words...of thinking these words...of being with this phrase: "God loves me."
Oh, and if you want to...you can continue to be with the breathing in and out through your chest. That's up to you.
The breathing exercise is good...and it will create a stable base, and assist the integration of your heart and mind.
And you can most certainly do the breathing awareness in and out of your chest...while you think the phrase: "God loves me."
You can do this anytime, as often as you want.
Be present in your life...listen to people, respond to people...give your work your full attention. Be easy with the practice of this lesson of the day.
