Think this simple, two-word thought construct throughout your day...into the evening...and while you fall asleep. IF you wake up during the night...be with the two words.
Let your mind be easy with thinking this two-word thought.
No need to bludgeon your mind...or FORCE your thinking. Just be with the practice when you realize you are not with the practice.
And you can add in the simple breathing exercise...by pulling your breath in through your heart-centre...in through your chest...with your awareness...experience the breath coming in and coming out of the centre of your chest...as you think the two words: "I Am."
