Hello, and welcome to this Lesson of the Day.

The word Jehova can be associated with specific faith communities...like The Jehova Witnesses.

If you dig a bit deeper into the sound of the word Jehova, you will discover the original name of God from the Old Testament of The Holy Bible...and this is:

YAHWEH

Today we are going to focus on the sound of the word Jehova. And also learn a little bit about the meaning of this word. For example, in the Spanish version of The King James Bible, you will find the word Jehová many, many times. 

Jehová means "The Lord."

It is one of the names of God.

Today we let this word JEHOVA rise and fall in our awareness...let your awareness be suffused with the presence of this word as you go through your busy day.

All you have to do, all you are REQUIRED to do...is when you become aware that you are no longer with the sound of the word "Jehova," to let the word form in your awareness.

Let it be with your awareness until it goes away...all by itself. Don't try and cling to the word or force yourself to think the word. Do NOT use the word to beat your mind into submission.

NO. Don't do that.

All you have to do is:

• When you realize you are no longer with the word, quietly come back to it
• Be with the word easily
• Let the word be with you even while you have other thoughts, feelings
• Being with the word even while you are listening to someone talk to you
• Or while you are talking to someone

Be very easy with this doubling-up of being with the word and doing some other thinking, listening or feeling. Do NOT try and divide your mind. If it is a big struggle, don't hold on to being with the sound of the word.

Remember the correct method of use of this simple, natural thinking technique:

• Do NOT analyse the meaning of the word
• Do NOT attempt to create or associate a mood with the word
• Do NOT try to teach others or tell them what you are doing while you are doing it
• Do NOT use this process to ignore immediate requirements of your job, relationships, daily life, and so on
• This  is NOT about NOT fulfilling your normal duties and responsibilities because you are just too holy at the moment to be bothered

Once you get into the habit of applying the simple principles of using your awareness to become aware that you are...aware, then we can start to put some rather exquisite thought-constructs into the mix-master of your consciousness...
