God's Price? God IS The Price

This morning as I was preparing to dream up another topic and title combo-pack, the idea came along that nobody really ever wants to give up everything they have and go and minister unto the world. But there ARE people who do go and sell everything they have, and use the money to go do something, somewhere.
Kind of like a mission---bringing help to places that really need it. You know:
- Feeding the starving and hungry and destitute
- Giving shelter to the less fortunate
- Rescuing people who are slaves of one kind or another
- Healing the wounded, sick, injured
We aren't all going to chuck our jobs, liquidate all assets, and then go and do the All-In...serving to live, and living to serve...with NO expectation of material reward.
Here's what seems to be a trait that crosses all the people of the world...even IF they don't got NO religion---AND are -gasp!- folks who don't believe in 'nuthing.
Yes, there are plenty of atheists running around, working for nothing, INVOLVED with something, somewhere. What is often called, "Good Works."
In the last article I wrote, the question shooting 'cross my mind-screen---What Does God Want of Me, and What Does God Think of Me?
AND now I am poking you with the next part, "What IS the PRICE of GOD?"
Now for some of you...the God-as-guru comes with a rough ride---tossed around and turned inside-out and this way and that. Sanity testing, and NOT so great much of the time. Let's point out that for some of you, the HIGHS are gonna have some commensurate LOWS.
And some people are broken into little pieces by the God Trip. Maybe they go mentally koo-koo. Let's face it, under the prism of coming to know God---there are people who are not okay. And some of them are really far gone, even dangerous. And there are people who do terrible violence in the name of God.
This can be a hefty price to pay for getting some God Consciousness...just getting some God going on.
Perhaps you've heard or read about when people claim that God told them to do something or other. Was it God telling them to do it?
See, sometimes God can tell people to kill other people. The people God told to kill other people will tell you that it was God telling them to do it, and they were only following what God was commanding them to do.
Who can argue with that?
I may NOT like being murdered by somebody---BUT IF God told them to do it to me, well...who am I to argue with God?
So...is that part of the Price of God?
Having the maniacs acting out false cognitions, all in the Name of God?
THE PRICE YOU PAY
In an odd sort of way, the coin of The Realm is paid to YOU---but along the way you may feel that you are being asked to do far more than is possible...let alone probable. AND that the personal cost is far too high.God is asking way too much of a price for you to pay...God...for---what?
There are plenty of Spiritual Comets who have streaked across the sky of Evangelical Deep Holy Spirit---razzled up by prophecy and Spirit Moving Me to really, finally start taking action on building...something. But just getting down to the most basic parts of the Gospel...like this particular gentleman I am studying on up about.

I am going to include the second part of this article on The God Consciousness Project website. There is a video to go with it, and some practical stuff that you can take away and use to explode your universe. HEY! Wouldn't that be a wise talent to train---in the unstable and high-strung God-Crazies?
